An example of our chef’s creativity is his exciting version of the Filipino classic Bicol Express, made with healthy & delicious free-range chicken instead of the traditional pork. Deliciously simmered in coconut milk with just the right amount of finger chilies to pique your taste buds, this is a dish that you’ll want to try more than once!

Start your day with a tasty meal from our extensive breakfast offerings served every day between 6:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
Throughout the day, the restaurant provides a large selection of home-made cakes, snacks, sandwiches and salads. Freshly made Italian coffees and a wide variety of teas are always available, awaiting your request.
From 5.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. daily our international master chef will either spoil you with a dish from our a la carte menu or serve a three-course dinner featuring fresh ingredients from land or sea. The seared tuna, caught fresh locally, served with our Chef’s special Wasabi sauce is as good a dish as you’ll find anywhere.
In the evenings, the seaside bar is a popular place where our guests can meet up and enjoy cocktails and a wide range of drinks. Try some of the local brews from the Manila & San Miguel breweries, have a glass of your favorite wine or liquor, or request a cocktail to savor as you recount the days activities and watch the night roll in across the Bohol Sea.
